First, this is what I use myself

Name: Bitz Net

I found it through a google ad and gave it a try. It's very stable and inexpensive.

Supported platforms

windows, mac, ios, Android, linux, etc.

Official clients are available for windows, mac, and Android. On other platforms, you can use Shadowrocket, Clash, Netch, and similar clients.

Multiple devices

The provider allows unlimited devices, so you can let a few close friends try it too, but I don't recommend sharing your account.

Buying tips

I recommend buying a long-term Core Access plan. 400G is more than enough—I only use a few G each month.

Tip: Don't rush to pay after placing an order. Cancel it first and wait a bit; the provider will email you a discount code. Sometimes it's 30% off, which makes it much cheaper.

Customer support

Support responds to questions pretty quickly.

When something goes wrong

If the service gets blocked or becomes inaccessible, they usually notify you by email and give you extra subscription time as compensation, which is a nice touch.
