The usual error is: This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register.
Cause: the subscription-manager plugin bundled with redhat. This plugin is the Red Hat Subscription Manager, which keeps prompting you to register.
Solution: comment out enable in the subscription-manager.conf configuration file
vi /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/subscription-manager.conf
