The github repository offers installer and portable versions. Run the portable version directly as administrator.

Uncheck the confirmation option, then optionally enable automatic startup at boot.

I recommend setting the thresholds as shown.

Combined with the backup script in the documentation (linked in the community group announcements), this should largely eliminate the need for manual administration.
