[Hands-On Guide] Fixing Inaccessible Ports on Oracle Cloud After Configuring Security Groups

After provisioning an Oracle Cloud server, I still couldn't access its ports. Here's how I fixed it in two steps: allowing traffic in the security group and installing a firewall to open the required ports.
